Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for efficiently managing stores in their operations. They must ensure all stores comply with established operating procedures and standards. Additionally, they must train, monitor, and develop team members to improve and enhance work efficiency. Applicants must have experience in retail store management, possess abilities in planning, decision-making, and negotiation, along with a positive work attitude. They must serve as a role model in leadership and provide guidance to all employees. A personal vehicle is required for travel. Furthermore, the company will conduct a criminal background check as part of the hiring consideration for this position.
