Job Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with internal and external agencies, as well as monitoring various projects to ensure they are completed within the specified timeframe. Additionally, they must initiate projects beneficial to organizational development and perform other duties as assigned. Applicants should be between 24-30 years old and hold a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field. They must have at least 2 years of private sector work experience and be responsible for work goals. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint or Canva, is required, along with the ability to work well under challenging and high-pressure environments. Those with at least 2 years of experience in training, personnel development, HR, or project coordination will be given special consideration. Applicants should possess strong communication and presentation skills, with a professional, success-oriented attitude focused on creative achievement. A salary based on experience will be provided.

Requirements
