Service Quality Auditor and Trainer

Successful candidates will receive social security, group insurance, vacation leave, and birthday leave. Additionally, there are monthly workshops and free ice cream every week. This Service Quality Auditor and Trainer position is located at Rama 9, Bangkok. Responsibilities include auditing service quality and training staff. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and have at least 1 year of experience in customer service training. Experience in insurance training will be a special consideration. Immediate availability will be prioritized. Required skills for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Thai and English language skills.
