Accounting and Finance Manager

The company is seeking an Accounting and Finance Manager to join our team. Applicants must be no older than 52 years old and hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree will be considered a plus. Applicants should have 5-10 years of work experience in accounting and at least 3 years of team management experience. Selected candidates must be proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and ERP systems. Knowledge of Mango Software will be an advantage. Additionally, strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this position.
