Job Description

We are seeking an Accountant. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with accounting software (ERP) or prior accounting work experience will be an advantage. The position will be responsible for preparing and verifying invoices, tax invoices, and receipts, as well as tracking and verifying outstanding customer balances. This includes recording and updating accounts receivable entries in the accounting system and preparing monthly accounts receivable reports. Additionally, the role requires coordination with the sales department and customers to resolve issues and inquire about accounts receivable matters. The accountant will also be responsible for verifying and updating customer payment information accurately and timely, overseeing the preparation of tax reports, managing departmental imprest fund claims, and recording credit fuel entries. Applicants should possess proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with accounting software (ERP) will be considered an advantage. Prior accounting work experience will be considered an advantage.
