MEP Plumbing Engineer

ตำแหน่งวิศวกรงานระบบสุขาภิบาล (MEP Plumbing Engineer) ต้องการผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมสุขาภิบาล วิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านวิศวกรรมระบบสุขาภิบาลหรืองานระบบ MEP ในโครงการก่อสร้างอาคารอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบท่อน้ำดี น้ำทิ้ง และระบบระบายน้ำเป็นอย่างดี สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD, Revit และ Microsoft Office ได้คล่องแคล่ว มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี ผู้สมัครควรมีประสบการณ์ในโครงการอาคารที่พักอาศัยสูง คอนโดมิเนียม โรงแรม หรืออาคารพาณิชย์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ บริษัทฯ มีการจ่ายค่าตอบแทนที่แข่งขันได้ พร้อมสวัสดิการประกันกลุ่ม และวันหยุดพักผ่อนประจำปีจำนวน 6-15 วัน ขึ้นอยู่กับอายุงาน

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (for MEP Plumbing Engineer); Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management (for Project Manager); Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Must hold Thai Architect License and be able to sign and stamp drawings (for Architect Lead). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing or MEP engineering for building construction projects (for MEP Plumbing Engineer); Minimum 10 years of experience in design management or project management (for Project Manager); Minimum 8 years architectural design experience (for Architect Lead). Experience in high-rise residential, condominium, hotel, or commercial building projects is preferred (for MEP Plumbing Engineer); Experience in international or cross-border project collaboration is required (for Project Manager); Experience in residential or hospitality projects preferred (for Architect Lead). Knowledge of plumbing, sanitary, drainage, and water supply systems (for MEP Plumbing Engineer). Familiar with Thai building approval procedures (for Project Manager). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications (for MEP Plumbing Engineer); Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (for Architect Lead). Good communication and coordination skills (for MEP Plumbing Engineer); Strong coordination and leadership skills (for Project Manager); Good English communication skills (for MEP Plumbing Engineer, Architect Lead); Chinese language ability is a strong plus (for Project Manager).
